Instant Pot Carrots

On today’s episode of “I can do whatever I want because this is my blog”, I like to cook and I also like making the robots cook for me. So today I’m writing about how to cook carrots with the Instapot while you use your time to do something else. You can call it productivity.

You will need:
– Carrots (as many carrots as you want, I buy a 2 kg bag, I love carrots)
– Olive oil
– Seasonings (I use salt and pepper, I like how carrots taste by themselves)
– The electric pressure cooker (I have an Instant Pot)

Let’s gooo! It’s really easy I promise:
Prep the carrots:
Peel and chop them into regular sized pieces. I chop mine into these fancy shapes but as long as they’re chopped and not too tiny (make it chonky), you’re good.
I really enjoy peeling and chopping carrots, don’t ask.

Next, you are going to put all of those chopped carrots inside the pot and massage them with a drizzle of olive oil and the spices. Then, set the electric cooker to cook, I use the following settings:
– Pressure Max
– 2 minutes
– No keep warm
– Venting Auto

I go back to work and then some time later I just hear a beep and MAGIC, I have carrots for lunch (and the rest of the week, really)

I hope you enjoyed my carrot recipe.
Thank you for coming to my Carrot Talk!
